Hi there! Thanks so much for taking interest in commissioning me! Before you reach out to me, please be sure to read and understand the following terms for personal commission work. If the Client would like to work with the Artist for professional and/or commercial work, please send an email to [email protected].The commission includes a line illustration of a single character/figurative drawing of the Client’s wish. If the Client wishes to include additional subject matters such as characters, props, etc. they will be charged an additional fee.The Client may also commission the Artist for a tattoo design instead of character art. The price of a tattoo design is not represented by the pricing listed on the commission sheet and shall be negotiated upon discussion of the design.The Client will email the artist at [email protected] to inquire for a commission. The Client must provide clear references for the Artist the use, and provide further references if asked. This includes character references, poses, or any other material relevant to the commission. The commission will be rejected if the client provides poor references or fails to provide clear references when asked.The Client may inquire about additional services such as color, background, character design, etc. to be fulfilled at an additional fee. Additional services are not guaranteed and may be refused at the moment. If the client remains wishing for aforementioned additional services, they may reach out to the artist to inquire about the artist’s availability to fulfill those services.The Client must notify the Artist of any deadlines for the commission. Otherwise the Artist may take a period of time to complete the commission depending on their schedule and availability. Deadlines are subject to an additional fee if the date is within a month.The Artist will take anywhere from one month up to three months to complete a commission, but may take longer in the occasion of an unforeseen event or scheduling. The Artist will notify the Client in any case of extended period of time for completion of the commission.The Artist retains the right to refuse any commission they deem against their personal values or for other personal reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
sexually explicit content (nudity allowed)
real peoplePayment will be asked to be paid upfront. The price of the commission will vary from the base price that is listed depending on the complexity of the commission. The price of the commission will include an additional fee if the Client would like to have it completed by a certain date within a month.
Refunds are not accepted.By sending me an email, you have acknowledged and accepted the terms listed above. In addition, please read the following terms of agreement in regards to the payment and delivery of the commission itself:Terms of Agreement
1. The Illustrator will create and deliver to the Client an illustration by digital means.
2. The Illustrator will start the commission only after the upfront payment is received through either stripe or paypal.
3. The Illustrator shall grant the Client the following rights in the finished work: a) for use as non-commercial electronic display b) non-commercial print. The Client shall have exclusive rights with respect to the usage shown above.
4. All rights are retained by the Illustrator, including all rights in sketches, comps, or other preliminary materials.
5. If the Client wishes to make any additional uses of the work, the Client shall seek permission from the Illustrator and pay a potential additional fee to be agreed upon.
6. The Client may not, under any circumstances, mint, sell, or otherwise offer the illustration as non-fungible tokens, digital commodity on a blockchain, or offered in exchange for cryptocurrency.
7. The Client may not, under any circumstances, use the illustration to train AI models.
8. Any revisions requested by the Client after delivery of the final product will be charged an additional fee if the revisions are not due to any fault of the Illustrator.
9. Authorship credit in the name of the Illustrator shall accompany the work when it is reproduced.
10. The Client agrees to hold the Illustrator harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, due to materials included in the Work at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested or uses which exceed the uses allowed pursuant to a permission or release.Thank you so much for reading and for your consideration!If you are unable to commission me but would still like to support me, you can look at my online store, donate to my ko-fi, and/or follow me on social media for further updates.I look forward to working with you! ♡
